Located within Istanbul’s dense urban fabric, the Kartal KIPTAS Metem Birlik Residential Complex stands out with its goal of bringing safer, more comfortable and long-lasting standards to evolving urban life. In line with this objective, 7,000 m² of Bonus Stone Wool Premium F was selected for the building’s external facade insulation, supporting the building envelope with strong performance in terms of thermal insulation, acoustic comfort and fire safety.The criteria for success in urban transformation projects are no longer limited to simply replacing old buildings.
