In the prestigious residential project Serenat Göksu, developed by Ser Grup in Yenimahalle, Ankara, our high-performance Bonus Membrane Proof EP350 H and Bonus Membrane Proof EP450 H products were preferred for foundation waterproofing applications. Within the scope of the project, insulation is being provided across a total area exceeding 4,050 m² using Bonus Membrane Proof products. The application is being meticulously carried out in cooperation with our dealer Timaş and ISOCO Isolation & Construction. During the on-site applications, Bonus Yalıtım’s elastomeric (SBS) modified Bonus Membrane Proof series provided watertight, durable, and permanent protection in foundations and retaining walls thanks to its full adhesion capability to fresh concrete. The high elasticity of the products adapts to structural movements, preventing crack formation while preserving the integrity of the foundation system.
Offering the advantage of single-layer application, the Bonus Membrane Proof system reduces application time, enabling savings in labor costs while increasing overall project efficiency. In addition, its formulation maintains flexibility down to –20°C, ensuring reliable performance even under cold climate conditions.
