FAMM Urla Chooses Bonus Proof
In Famm Urla, one of Urla's prestigious projects designed by FD Architecture, our innovative product Bonus Proof was selected. The project, executed by Alpay Bozbıyık and his team from Yaltek Ege Yalıtım, utilized 25,000 m² of Bonus Proof (3.5 mm) and 1,000 m³ of XPS Platinum (300 kPa/5 cm).Bonus Proofis a high-performance waterproofing solution that fully adheres to concrete through elastomeric (SBS) additives, providing complete protection in a single layer without the need for protection concrete in foundation and deep foundation waterproofing. Its special sanded surface ensures full adhesion, while the single-layer application reduces both costs and time.
