Ege Yapı Chooses Bonus XPS Platin for Kekliktepe Villas
In the Kekliktepe Villas project, developed by Ege Yapı in Urla, one of Izmir’s popular regions, Bonus Insulation’s XPS Platin product was selected. The prestigious project, covering 80 acres and consisting of 74 villas, used a total of 900 m³ of Bonus XPS Platin (300 kPa/6 cm). The insulation application was carried out by Nokta Yalıtım.Bonus XPS Platin thermal insulation boardsare ideal for walkable and non-walkable garden-type flat roofs and pitched roofs, where they can be applied directly on rafters without the need for roof decking. These boards offer high compressive strength, are produced with a smooth surface and interlocking edges, and come in thicknesses ranging from 30 mm to 150 mm with dimensions of 600 mm x 1,200 mm.
