Bonus Yalıtım: The Choice of High Standards at Nextto Mersin
At Nextto Mersin, a high-standard villa project constructed in Mezitli, Mersin, high-performance Bonus Yalıtım products were preferred for foundation and retaining wall insulation applications. Within the scope of the project, implemented by Bilgi Yapı Market, a total of 12,000 m² of Bonus Membrane Plus PP300, 6,000 m² of Bonus Membrane Pro PP300, and 3,000 m² of our Bonus XPS Pro products were used, ensuring reliable thermal and waterproofing insulation for the structures. As Bonus Yalıtım, we continue to take part in distinguished projects such as Nextto Mersin with our long-lasting and high-performance insulation solutions.
In the project, Bonus Membrane Plus PP300 was used for foundation waterproofing, Bonus Membrane Pro PP300 for retaining wall insulation, and Bonus XPS Pro for retaining wall protection.
Bonus XPS Pro is a high-performance thermal insulation board used in exterior plastered thermal insulation systems. Specially designed surface channels enhance plaster adhesion, supporting the durability and long service life of the system. Thanks to its high tensile strength, it provides superior resistance against external factors. Manufactured in dimensions of 600 × 1200 mm with thickness options ranging from 30 to 70 mm, XPS Pro improves energy efficiency through its low thermal conductivity coefficient and offers a long-lasting insulation solution with its resistance to environmental conditions. With its ease of application and environmentally friendly characteristics, it is a reliable thermal insulation product designed to meet the needs of modern architecture.
Bonus Membrane Plus PP300 and Bonus Membrane Pro PP300, produced from APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified bitumen, are plastomeric-type waterproofing membranes manufactured with glass fiber mat and polyester felt reinforcements. Owing to their high temperature resistance, they do not melt or flow under hot weather conditions and do not carry the risk of cracking or brittleness in cold climates. They provide reliable and long-lasting solutions for all waterproofing details, particularly terrace and foundation applications.
Produced from APP-modified bitumen and manufactured with glass fiber mat and polyester felt reinforcements in weight options of 3 kg/m² and 4 kg/m², Bonus membranes deliver superior performance across various application areas, including foundations, basement retaining walls, roof-terraces, and parking structures.
