For the exterior façade insulation of the project, our Premium F 120 stone wool product was applied over an area of 7,500 m² with a thickness of 5 cm. Featuring an A1-class non-combustible property, the product provides thermal and acoustic insulation while significantly enhancing fire safety performance. Product delivery was successfully carried out through our business partner and valued authorized dealer, İpektaş Yalıtım, ensuring timely supply to the site. As a result, façade applications have progressed efficiently and with high quality standards.
Durable Terrace Waterproofing Solution with Bonus Premium EP300
For the project’s 11,000 m² terrace area, the high-performance Bonus Premium EP300 membrane was selected for waterproofing applications. With its elastomeric-based structure, EP300 offers superior resistance to climatic conditions and provides long-lasting, reliable terrace insulation. The application process is being meticulously executed by our solution partner, Mars Yalıtım. Thanks to Mars Yalıtım’s field experience and technical expertise, installations are completed in full compliance with project requirements and at maximum quality standards.
