In the OYAK Seyirce Phase 1 and Phase 2 Residential Project, developed by OYAK Construction in Törekent Neighborhood, Sincan district of Ankara, Bonus Yalıtım Premium F 150 Stone Wool was used for exterior thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) applications. Applied across a total façade area of 28,000 m², the product delivered solutions tailored to the project’s requirements by providing thermal, acoustic, and fire insulation, while establishing an infrastructure suitable for the building’s long-term performance.
Bonus Stone Wool Premium F 150 is a specialized product that offers high performance and durability in exterior façade insulation. Thanks to its high mechanical strength against harsh weather conditions, it maintains its form for many years and demonstrates strong resistance to wind loads, impacts, and temperature fluctuations. Its vapor permeability enables moisture inside the building to be expelled, preventing mold and dampness formation and supporting healthier living environments. In addition, its A1-class non-combustible material property meets fire safety expectations and provides a critical advantage, particularly in high-rise buildings.
The insulation system implemented contributed to protecting the structure against external factors while supporting long-term sustainability. As a result, the project achieved a strong and aesthetic façade appearance while also gaining advantages in energy savings, acoustic comfort, and fire safety.
A significant portion of heat loss in buildings occurs through exterior façades. In uninsulated buildings, indoor spaces cool rapidly during winter and fail to retain cool air during summer. This situation increases energy consumption while reducing living comfort. Exterior façade insulation plays a critical role both in lowering energy costs and in ensuring environmental sustainability.
Beyond thermal insulation, exterior façade systems also provide acoustic insulation. Especially in densely populated urban environments, they improve quality of life by reducing external noise. Another key advantage is fire safety: non-combustible insulation materials help prevent flame spread during potential fire incidents, thereby enhancing overall building safety.
When carried out with the correct product selection and professional application, exterior façade insulation protects buildings against external impacts while delivering long-term durability and aesthetic value. As a result, building service life is extended and healthier, safer living spaces are created for occupants.
