Bonus Insulation on Site for Solid Foundations in the Medipol Project!

Bonus Insulation has been selected for waterproofing solutions in the Medipol Research Hospital, Medipol University, and dormitory campus projects in Ankara, where construction is progressing rapidly. A total area of 23,000 m² has been waterproofed using our high-performance Bonus Proof EP 450 H membrane, applied in a single layer to protect the building foundations against water intrusion.

 

In collaboration with Vega Project Management, the project's main contractor, and in coordination with Kent Yalıtım, the foundation waterproofing applications are being successfully completed.

 

Bonus Proof EP 450 H, based on elastomeric resin, offers high puncture resistance and flexibility. Its full adhesion to the ground prevents water infiltration into the structure. After concrete is poured, the membrane integrates seamlessly with the structure, providing a long-lasting and reliable waterproofing solution. This system minimizes water-related risks throughout the building’s lifespan, ensuring the overall safety and durability of the project.
