Achieve Time and Cost Savings with Proof!
Proof single-sided curtain wall, foundation, and deep foundation insulation is a high-performance, polyester-reinforced waterproofing product with elastomeric (SBS) additives. It provides full adhesion to fresh concrete through concrete pressure and hydration heat without the need for protective concrete.
Features:
- Specially designed for foundation insulation and single-sided curtain walls.
- Reinforced with polyester felt.
- Contains elastomeric (SBS) additives for enhanced flexibility.
- Sanded surface ensures complete adhesion to concrete.
- Offers full protection with flexibility and durability down to -20°C.
- Self-adhesive overlap areas on both top and bottom surfaces allow for quick application and extra joint strength.
- Unlike traditional methods, it requires no primer for surface preparation.
- Prevents area loss and avoids the need for additional filling when applied to insulation surfaces in front of retaining wall piles.
- Resists puncturing due to its composition.
- Eliminates the need for geotextile felt as protective concrete is not required.
- When building height is considered, sites using Bonus Proof benefit from excavation cost savings due to the absence of protective concrete requirements.
- Highly resistant to tearing and punctures, it prevents water migration in the event of leaks and allows for targeted repair through point injection.
- Applied in a single layer, unlike traditional waterproofing systems.
-
Reduces costs and saves time by eliminating the need for geotextile felt, protective concrete, excavation, and related labor.
Horizontal Application Details
After the sub-concrete surface in foundations is cleared of foreign materials, the product is laid longitudinally on the ground in a staggered pattern. It is loosely laid on the surface, and the overlap areas and self-adhesive seams are lightly heated with a torch. Then, a 10-12 kg roller is used to seal the seams. Once the seam cools, the iron reinforcement can be applied without delay.
Vertical Application Details
An insulation surface is created in front of retaining piles, which can be constructed with poured concrete, brick or pumice walls, or prepared with OSB or plywood. XPS, a drainage board, and self-adhesive Bonus Proof EP300 V are then installed sequentially. The product is secured at the top with a pressure strip, ensuring 15 cm overlap horizontally and 10 cm vertically.
For single-sided curtain wall insulation:
- Bonus Proof EP300 V
For foundation insulation:
- Bonus Proof EP350 H
- Bonus Proof EP450 H
